This aromatherapy blend can be diffused around the room or office, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.

Composed of 100% therapeutic grade essential oils only €“ no carrier oil added.

Directions:There are multiple ways to enjoy our Relaxing Blend. You can diffuse the oil in a burner or diffuser, inhale directly from the bottle or add a few drops in your bath or shower for an elevated experience. This blend of essential oils can also be applied by massaging 1 €“ 2 drops well in to the skin behind each ear during times of intense stress and anxiety. For external use only.
